I chose this hotel for attending a roundtable discussion as it provided excellent conference facilities. The meeting room was spacious and well-equipped, making it easy to conduct productive discussions.

The one service that I missed for my work was a designated business center. It would have been convenient to have access to computers, printers, and other office amenities within the hotel premises.

Featuring spacious guest rooms with contemporary décor, the hotel provided a peaceful and relaxing setting for a restful night's sleep. During my stay, I had a hilarious encounter with Tin from the reception who kicked off the perfect weekend. He was so efficient and helpful that it felt like having a personal assistant at my disposal.

Enjoyed the reasonably priced food, fantastic service, and lovely view of the park across the street. Great location for checking out nearby eateries and coffee spots. And that park view is just 😍! Loved hanging out in this area.

Tea and coffee making equipment, a fridge, and glassware in my standard queen room were a very thoughtful addition. And there was a fantastic view of the park opposite. The breakfast was free and savoury, the check in was easy. I found a bar in the lobby.

The hotel is in a great location, just a short walk from the Parramatta river, parklands, restaurants, and the ferry to Central Quay. The rooms are brand-new, pleasant, and offer a nice view. The bed was comfortable.

I was pleasantly surprised by the comfortable feel of the rooms at Novotel. The morning sunrise views from my room were absolutely amazing. The location was also a major advantage, with just a short stroll to the vibrant eat street of Parramatta and the Riverside Theatre. Plus, the late-night room service was a convenient option for a late-night snack. Despite a few minor inconveniences like the lack of utensils in the room and some issues with the ventilation, everything else about my stay was good. I would definitely consider returning to Novotel for another stay.
